In the morning, when the cows are milked, Rocky Mountain air is pretty much always
clean and fresh. Maybe that's why our milk is so sweet and our ice cream tastes so darn good.
Course, we do other things that are pretty unusual these days, too. After we put in our special flavors,
we let the cream age for a day so the flavors settle in nicely.
