THE INGREDIENTS

Besides lots of milk and cream, we put lots of other really good stuff in our ice cream. We try and use real food whenever we can. Like, in fruit flavors, we always use real fruit and lots of it.

We also need to make the white chocolate chips (we don't use regular chips in our ice cream - we buy bricks of white chocolate from Germany and then shave chips off the brick.)
